This is for the purposes of meeting Insurance Company criteria as well as for your health and safety. Health information is also used to tailor sessions to suit your individual needs.

All information gathered by Adam Russell Personal Trainer either through the online booking process or via the app is treated as confidential and is kept securely in the ClassPass booking system (see their Privacy Policy https://classpass.com/privacy/gbr), and only viewed by Adam Russell Personal Trainer. You may update or correct your account information and email preferences at any time by logging in to your ClassPass account and changing your account and profile settings. Please note that ClassPass is a third-party service that is not owned or managed by Adam Russell Personal Trainer.

A certain amount of personal information is collected by Adam Russell Personal Trainer via Jotform at prior to first session commencing. This is for the purposes of meeting Insurance Company criteria as well as for your health and safety.

Health information and Indemnity Release and Waiver is collected via Jotform and used to tailor sessions to suit your individual needs. All information gathered by Adam Russell Personal Trainer via Jotform is kept securely in the Jotform system (see their Privacy Policy https://www.jotform.com/privacy/). We refer to this information as “Order Information.”

If you wish to alter any of your data, review how it is used or wish to request its return to you, please contact Adam Russell on adamrussellpt@gmail.com. You may, of course, decline to submit personally identifiable information to Adam Russell Personal Trainer, in which case Adam Russell Personal Trainer may not be able to provide certain services to you.

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the website (including processing your payment information, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to: Communicate with you; Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimise our website (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the website, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

EMERGENCY CONTACT INFORMATION

Emergency Contact information is collected solely for use in an emergency, should Adam Russell Personal Trainer need to contact your next of kin or give this information to the emergency services. This is the only information that would be shared with a third party, and only in the context of an emergency.
